ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP PERILAKU KONTRAPRODUKTIF PADA KARYAWAN UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
The purpose this study was to knew the influence of job satisfaction and job stress
to work deviant behavior in Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta employees.
The research is qualitative and the data collection is done by distributing
questionnaires , the samples in this research using census sampling with 88
respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linier regression tests. The
results of this research showed that job satisfaction negative impact on work
deviant behavior and job stress have positive impact on work deviant behavior.
