RENCANA STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN PELAYANAN JANTUNG TERPADU (PJT) DI RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM KLATEN
Abstract
Background: Pelayanan Jantung Terpadu (PJT) RSI Klaten has new strategy in its management. PJT is a new facility in Klaten and become the only referral for cardiovascular cases in Klaten region. Therefore, PJT RSI Klaten must be survived among the demands of the high needs of patients, facility, and quality of service in PJT. It requires the preparation of PJT strategic plan in RSI Klaten as a private hospital.
Method: Qualitative study with case study approach. The subjects were data analysis of interviews with the president director, the director of medical services, and the head of the PJT installation, also the analysis of internal document data as support.
Results: Based on results of SWOT diagram analysis, the position of PJT RSI Klaten is in quadrant I. The main strategy chosen is growth strategy, which is an aggressive growth policy. The main strategy chosen is based on the strengths and opportunity results of the TOWS matrix analysis. KPI compiled based on the results of PJT SWOT analysis in a strategic map.
Conclusion: PJT Rumah Sakit Islam Klaten has several opportunities and strengths which can be utilized to support an aggressive growth policy strategy. PJT strategic plan is prepared for the next five years target.
