PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH MOTIVASI INTRINSIK PADA PERUMDA PASAR JAYA PASAR INDUK KRAMAT DJATI DI JAKARTA TIMUR
Abstract
This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance directly and the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance indirectly mediated by Intrinsic Motivation . The object of this research is Perumda Pasar Jaya Kramat Djati East Jakarta, subjects in this study are Perumda Pasar Jaya Kramat, East Jakarta. This research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method with the help of the AMOS program. The number of respondents in this study was determined 127 by using a purposive sampling technique. Data obtained through a questionnaire issued directly to respondents.
Based on the results of an analysis of the 4 hypotheses developed, it shows that transformational leadership significantly influences employee performance and intrinsic motivation, whereas intrinsic motivation does not significantly influence employee performance and is unable to act as a mediator between transformational leadership and employee performance. The role of transformational leadership style is too strong compared to intrinsic motivation so it makes the role of intrinsic motivation not so visible in influencing employee performance at Perumda Pasar Jaya Kramat Djati East Jakarta
