PRIMAL LEADERSHIP DALAM PERSPEKTIF PEGAWAI MILLENIAL DAN PIMPINAN PERUSAHAAN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the perspective of millennial employees (born 1982 - 2000, according to Strauss - Howe: 2000) about leadership styles based on emotional intelligence (primal leadership) and at the same time also aims to determine the leadership perspective on the implementation of primal leadership in the company. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collected through observation and interviews with Millennial generation employees in the CV. Serelia Prima Nutrisia and also to the Director. the results of this study are expected to provide a reference for leaders when implementing primal leadership for Millennial generation employees in their companies.
