This study aims to describe the implementation of PPDB with the Offline Mechanism of the Nearest Padukuhan School Zoning System at SDN Bendungan, SDN Kalasan 1, SDN Bogem 1 which are members of the 03 Cluster of Kalasan District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were the school principal, and the PPDB committee, and the teachers, SDN Bendungan, SDN Kalasan 1, SDN Bogem 1 who were members of Cluster 03 Kalasan District. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data through a credibility test with triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study show that: 1) The implementation of PPDB in the nearest Padukuhan Offline Zoning system in the nearest Padukuhan consists of several stages, namely: a) the preparatory stage includes: forming a committee, preparing equipment and equipment. As for other things that are done in the preparation stage, among others, namely: determining the capacity of schools, zoning distribution, registration requirements, registration fees, requirements for increasing age, and announcement / socialization, b) management stages include: human resources, equipment and supplies, c) the stages of the PPDB implementation include: registration, verification of registration files, selection of prospective students, announcement of selection results, and re-registration, and d) recording and reporting stages. 2) Supporting factors of PPDB offline system of Padukuhan nearest school, related to the availability of adequate equipment and supplies, human resources can use a computer, and good service. There were no inhibiting factors for the implementation of PPDB.
