      Abstract
      This research aims at explaining and formulating the education principles of Rasulullah for ‘Abdullah bin Ummi Maktum as the result of studying Islamic values in Al Qu’ran, hadith, and Islam history. In addition, it is to find out the relevance of educational principles of Rasulullah for ‘Abdullah bin Ummi Maktum using education for blind children. This research employed qualitative approach. The data were collected using documentation, and then the content was analyzed by collecting documents and books, whether theoretically or empirically. The research result shows that the education principles of Rasulullah for ‘Abdullah bin Ummi Maktum comprises six principles – monotheism, worship, moral, social, trust and appreciation, and affection. The research finding shows that there is relevance between Rasulullah’s education for ‘Abdullah bin Ummi Maktum through education for blind children. Rasulullah’s education for ‘Abdullah bin Ummi Maktum emphasizes education of monotheism, aqidah, moral, worship and social, which are wrapped with affection, trust, and appreciation. The awareness for having monotheism education generates understanding for blind children to be independent, self-supporting, extrovert, and able to socialize normally with the society.
