FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI ETOS KERJA ISLAMI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus : BMT Beringharjo Dan BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta)
Abstract
This research is aimed to find out the influence factors of Islamic work
ethic toward the performance of the employee at BMT Beringharjo and BMT
Bina Ihsanul Fikri (BIF) Yogyakarta. The research is important, because of the
development of Syariah financial institutions need the employee who has high
Islamic work ethic, therefore, it is needed to find out the factors can influence
Islamic work ethic.
The research employed descriptive qualitative approach with 15
employees and 10 customers of both BMT as the data sample. The data were
collected by questionnaire and interview then the data were described and
concluded. The result showed that, there were many factors influenced their
Islamic work ethic of both BMT’s. The factors influenced at BMT Beringharjo
were; honesty, amanah (mandate) empathy, cleanliness, and quick response.
Whereas the main factors influenced at BMT BIF was spiritual soul
