      Abstract
      Yogyakarta Hijabers Community is the first branch of Indonesian Hijabers Community, who wants to gather the members for Islamiyah Sisterhood and strong relationship between moslems in Indonesia. Until now, HCY has the difficulty in reaching the target number of members. On 2013-2014 showing that HCY only have 187 members and this classified that HCY members is only a few. This research is qualitative descriptive. The informant is the public relations of HCY and the members of HCY. This research is located in Jl. Cendrawasih 32 Demangan Baru (House of Dinna). Researcher using documentation and interview to collect the data. Analysis of the data in this study using analysis of evidence. The result of research related to HCY Public Relations in change the perseption members is done through 4 stages of activities. First, research conducted informally that aims to explore the information from the public about their wants, need, and find out about how people’s views of HCY. Second, Action, held a meeting with members of Public Relation HCY as well as coordinating with other divisions that exist in HCY in the preparation and decision in making program and establish and build relationships with those who can help the success of the program of activities through sponsorship. Third, Communication, Public Relations HCY communicate the activities which will be carried HCY either directly or by using the media to get closer, socializing and introduced HCY to the community especially to Moslems. Fourth, Evaluation by HCY Public Relation to all of activities which already done and as an indicator of success of an activity
