Utilization rate of dental and oral health services in Bantul is still low, only 8% of the total visits in public health centers that utilized it. The aim of this research is to know the overview of utilization rate of dental and oral health services in the National Health Insurance era in public health center of Piyungan, Banguntapan II and Banguntapan III Bantul. Method : Research method of this study is observational descriptive. The research subjects are the medical records of dental clinic ranging from January 2014 - December 2014 in those public health centers. The data was analyzed with frequency and mean distribution. Result : Utilization rate overview of dental health service in the national health program in those public health centers 2014 based on the patient's visit, the diagnosis of disease and the maintenance action, researchers get the average utilization rate at Piyungan PHC is 0.733%, Banguntapan III PHC is 0.866% and Banguntapan II PHC is 0.689%. The maintenance action on public health center of Piyungan, Banguntapan III and Banguntapan II for diagnosis K00, K04, K05, K06 and K13 there is a mismatch with a variety of treatments according to the Ministry of Health No. 62/2014 on Clinical Practice Guidelines for Dentists. Conclusion : Utilization rate calculation results in the three public health centers included in the low category and there is a mismatch in disease and treatment patterns in the dental health services.
