animal. Indonesian traditional people still use Temu kunci (Boesenbergia pandurata, RoXb) as a traditional medicine for worm infection. But the antihelmitik research of temu kunci on faciola hepatica is not known yet. The objective on this research is to know are there anyeffect of Temu kunci extract (Bosenbergia pandurata, roxb) to Fasciola hepatica activity via In vitro. This research was an analitic experimental with Faciola hepatica as the subject which was taken from the infected fresh cow hepar. The sample was randomly divided into 6 groups and each group consist of 10 worms. The groups then tested on Prazikuantel, NaCl and Temu kunci extract on 20%,30%,40% and 50 % solution. The mean of worm mortality time then were count. The gathered data then being analyzed on Annova. The mean of worm mortality time on temu kunci extract (Boesenbergia pandurata, RoXb) 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, prazikuantel, and NaCl was 16.77, 13.11, 9.11, 4.11, 3 hour and 26.27 hour. All extract was significantlydifferent with Prazikuantel andPraziquantel (p <0,05) except the 50% concentration of Temu kunci extract was not significantly different with Prazikuantel. The conclusion was the Temu kunci extract hadan antihelmintic ability to faciola hepatica in- vitro. The 50% concentration of Temu Kunci extract had the same ability with Prazikuantel as Fasciola hepatica anthelmitic. More less the concentration of Temu kunci extract more less the antihelmintic ability the extract had.
