| dc.description | Era keterbukaan informasi pada saat ini pemerintah wajib menyebarluaskan informasi mengenai segala bentuk kebijakan dan kegiatan yang dijalankan oleh badan publik. Dalam era digital saat ini bentuk penyampaian informasi secara digital membuat informasi tersebut diperoleh lebih cepat, efektif dan efisien, hal tersebut dimanfaatkan pemerintah dalam memberi kemudahan kepada masyarakat dengan terciptanya e-government atau pemerintah berbasis elektronik yang sudah banyak dipraktekkan hampir semua instansi yang ada di Indonesia tak terkecuali Sekretaiat DPRD Kota Yogyakarta yang menghadirkan website sebagai wujud nyata dari penerapan aplikasi e-goverment.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Humas Sekretariat DPRD Kota Yogyakarta dalam mengelola website DPRD Kota Yogyakarta sebagai media informasi dan komunikasi kinerja DPRD Kota Yogyakarta periode 2012-2015. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk langkah-langkah yang digunakan dalam teknis analisa data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan dan validitas data.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan website yang dijalankan Humas Sekretariat DPRD Kota Yogyakarta sebagai media informasi dan komunikasi kinerja DPRD Kota Yogyakarta dalam menjalankan fungsi legislasi, fungsi anggaran dan fungsi pengawasan serta adanya komunikasi dua arah yang tercipta dalam website tersebut belum berjalan dengan baik. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this era of information disclosure, the government shall disseminate the information regarding all forms of policies and activities run by a public entity. In today's digital era, the digital form of information delivery makes that information is obtained more quickly, effectively and efficiently. It is used by the government to provide accessibility to the public with the formation of e-government or electronic-based government that has been widely practiced almost all agencies in Indonesia. It is without exception to the Secretariat of the Regional Legislative Council of the City of Yogyakarta that presents the website as a real manifestation of the application of e-government applications.
This study aims to determine the role of Public Relations of the Secretariat of the Regional Legislative Council of the City of Yogyakarta in managing the websites as a medium of information and communication for the working performance of the Regional Legislative Council of City of Yogyakarta for the period of 2012-2015. The research used descriptive qualitative methodology. The techniques of data collection is done by interviews and documentation. The steps used in the technical analysis of the data are the data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and validity of the data.
The results of this study indicate that the use of the website run Public Relations of the Secretariat of the Regional Legislative Council of the City of Yogyakarta as a medium of information and communication for the working performance of the Regional Legislative Council of City of Yogyakarta in carrying out its legislative function, the budget functions and monitoring functions as well as two-way communication that is created in the website is still not running well. | en_US |
