OPTIMALISASI PEMASARAN PRODUK PENYALURAN DANA PEMBIAYAAN BERBASIS MARKETING SYARIAH (STUDI KASUS BMT UMY)
Abstract
The Purpose of this research is to determine the marketing of financing product Optimization based with syariah marketing in Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The problem of this research is strategy BMT UMY for marketing of financing product optimization based with syariah marketing and to evaluate marketing of financing product optimization with function of BMT UMY as intermediaries institutions. The kind of this research is field research. The kind of data in this research consisted of two sources, there are primary data obtained by interview and secondary data obtained by financial reports of BMT UMY. The data collection conducted by observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Methods of data analysis in this research is descriptive analysis. The result of this research is indicated marketing of financing product optimization with function of BMT UMY as intermediaries institutions in BMT UMY since 2013 to 2015 hasn’t been implemented optimally. This result consider by Financing to Deposit Ratio BMT UMY is bellow KOPRASI standard, that have been determined by KOPRASI which is 75% - 100%.
