LIBYA'S CONFLICT IN INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW: PROTECTION TO THE CIVILAN IN TIME OF CONFLICT
Abstract
Based on the previous discussion, conclusion can be drawn that in Libya's conflict, protection upon the civilan as laid down in the International Humanitarian Law wasn't optimal because the condition of Libya. The majority of Libyan forces consist of tribes loyal to Muammar Gaddafi so it's do difficult to avoid the willing of Libyan Military forces to attack the groups of rebel against Gaddafi.
