This study aims to determine how religiosity family a lot of people committing suicide in the district of Gunungkidul regency Tepus. This research approach using this type of case study, which was conducted in district Tepus Gunugkidul regency, with research subject families selected by the different sexes, different ages, causes of suicide are different, and the methods of suicide were different then dug up again specifically, methods of collecting use observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data using the data reduction that election activities, simplification and transformation of raw data derived from field data. The results of study religiosity family suicides in the district of Guinugkidul regency Tepus quite low when viewed from the aspect of faith, religious aspects, and aspect of knowledge the the strong cultural tradition that affect their religious beliefs.
