This research aims to find out how big the influence of work experience, competence, and self-efficasy on performance guru at SMK N 2 Yogyakarta. Sampling method used in this research is the nonprobability sampling and nonprobability sampling purposive sampling was used. The number of samples in this research as much as 137 people who is a teacher SMKN 2 Yogyakarta. The data collected by using kuisisoner. Analytical techniques in the study using Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS software. The results of this research proves that the work experience has no effect on performance, competence has no effect on performance, and self-efficasy effect on performance.
