dc.description.abstractTechnology comes with the aim of improving the organization's operations to achieve maximum goals effectively and efficiently. Technology readiness and acceptance is measured by combining the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The incorporation of this model is used to analyze the readiness and technology of BAPPEDA State Civil. Civil State at the BAPPEDA office is 50 people, consisting of 29 men and 21 women, for the majority of education is S1. The sample size using tables Cohen and sampling techniques using non-probability sampling techniques with saturated sampling method, which took the entire population of the state civil apparatus BAPPEDA used as a sample. The results showed that optimism and innovation affect the perceived ease of use of information technology. Perception of usefulness and perceived ease of use affects the performance of individuals.en_US
