dc.descriptionThis study aimed to determine the empirical evidence about the influence of job stress, work motivation and leadership style on employee performance. In addition to know the effect of job stress, work motivation and leadership style on employee performance simultaneously. This research was conducted on employees Grand Zuri Hotels Malioboro, Yogyakarta. The number of samples in this studied 75 respondents. Sampling technique used was a population where the sample is taken as a whole. Methods of data collection used questionnaires were distributed to employees Grand Zuri Hotels Malioboro, Yogyakarta related variables job stress, work motivation, leadership style and employee performance. Based on T test only job stress that did not have a significant effect on employee performance while the other variables work motivation and leadership style had significant influent on employee performance. While based on F test showed that the variables of job stress, work motivation and leadership style had simultaneous effect on employee performance Grand Zuri Hotels Malioboro, Yogyakarta.en_US
dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh stres kerja, motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Grand Zuri Hotel Malioboro, Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 75 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah populasi dimana sampel diambil secara keseluruhan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada karyawan Grand Zuri Hotel Malioboro, Yogyakarta terkait variabel stres kerja, motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji T hanya variabel stres kerja yang tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan variabel lain seperti motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja, motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Grand Zuri Hotel Malioboro.en_US
