| dc.description | This study to determine the factors that influence pesyrasikatan Muhammadiyah cadres to join
the organization Muhammadiyah in the review of the theory Federik Henzberg. The sampling
method used in this study is nonprobability sampling, and sampling nonprobability used was
purposive sampling. Respondents in this study as many as 100 people in the leadership of
Muhammadiyah branch (PCM) Wirobrajan Yogykarta city. This study uses SPSS as a tool of
analysis.
The results of this study prove that there are six factors Muhammadiyah members to join
Muhammadiyah in the review of the theory Federik Henzberg namely Achievement
(Achivment), recognition (Recognition), Works Itself (The Work it Self), Responsibility
(Responsibillty), Progress ( Advancement), Individual Potential Development (The possibilty
Of growt). And the six factors are showing a high score. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi
kader pesyrasikatan Muhammadiyah bergabung bersama organisasi Muhammadiyah di tinjau
dari teori Federik Henzberg. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah nonprobability sampling, dan nonprobability sampling yang digunakannya adalah
purposive sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang di pimpinan cabang
Muhammadiya (PCM) Wirobrajan kota Yogykarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS sebagai
alat analisisnya.
Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ada 6 faktor anggota Muhammadiyah untuk
bergabung bersama Muhammadiyah yang di tinjau dari teori Federik Henzberg yaitu Prestasi
(Achivment), Pengakuan (Recognition), Pekerjaan Itu Sendiri (The Work it Self),Tanggung
Jawab (Responsibillty), Kemajuan (Advancement), Pengembangan Potensi Individu (The
Possibilty Of Growt). Dan ke enam faktor tersebut menunjukkan nilai yang tinggi. | en_US |
