| dc.description | This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance. Subjects in the study were the employees of Gula Madukismo Factory of Yogyakarta working in the office.
The number of repondents in the study are 57 respondents who determined by using the census, which is all the employees who work in the office. This research used SPSS 15.0 program as the tool analysis.
Based on the study that has been done, the result of Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance and the result of Organizational Commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on the Employee Performance. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan . Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Pabrik Gula Madukismo Yogyakarta yang bekerja dibagian kantor.
Dalam penelitian jumlah responden sebanyak 57 responden yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan sensus, yaitu seluruh karyawan yang bekerja dibagian kantor, penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS 15.0 sebagai alat analisisnya.
Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan | en_US |
