      Abstract
      This study aimed to analyze the implementation of quality control starting from the receipt of raw materials, production processes and final products with the tool of Statistical Quality Control (P charts, Pareto Diagram, and Fishbone Diagram). Based on the analysis reception of raw materials, production process, and the final product by using the P chart is known that the quality control of PT. Anugerah Mulia Indobel still within the company's control. The highest damage on reception of cocoa beans is the level of dirt in cocoa beans and the highest damage in the final product is aluminum foil paper is damaged and does not cover the surface of the chocolate. The conclusion of this research are the factors that cause damage to the acceptance of cacao beans, the production process, until the final product items, namely: the human factor, the factor of the engine, the environmental factors, method factor, and the raw materials factor. As for solutions to minimize the damage that the receipt of raw materials with strict sorting of cocoa beans received from suppliers, the production process perform engine maintenance and replacing damaged machinery, the packaging process to provide guidance and training on a less skilled workforce.
