      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pelanggan dengan beberapa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Objek penelitian ini adalah para pelanggan atau nasabah di Kopsa Merapi Pakem Sleman. Alat instrument penelitian menggunan Kuesioner.
