      Abstract
      Pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi dan keadilan kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif pegawai BPS Provinsi DIY. Sementara itu kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif pegawai BPS Provinsi DIY.
