PENGARUH CITRA TOKO SUASANA TOKO DAN PERTUNJUKAN TOKO TERHADAP NIAT BELI ULANG PADA MIROTA BATIK YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
We already know that the competitive world of retail business in
Indonesia is getting tighter, every company competing to attract customers and
maintain its existence in the market. Research conducted aimed to determine the
effect of store image, store atmospherics and store theatrics toward repurchase
intention at The Mirota Batik Yogyakarta. This study uses multiple linear
regression method. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling.
This study used a sample of 105 respondents.
The results showed that store image positive and significant influence
toward repurchase intention. Store atmospherics positive and significant
influence toward repurchase intention at The Mirota Batik Yogyakrata. Store
theatrics positive and significant influence toward repurchase intention at The
Mirota Batik Yogyakrata
