      Abstract
This Study was created with aim to know about Russia’s Strategy Towards Turkey after the Turkish F-16 Aircraft shot down Russia’s SU-24 warplane on Turkish-Syria border on November 24, 2015. This incident made the Bilateral Relationship that had been built by both countries since the 1600s to deteriorate, but that does not mean bilateral relations built since the 15th century is always running smoothly. President Vladir Putin, what Turkey did was “a stab in the back,” because of a sudden attack. Both sides present arguments through reciprocal statement in order to justify their action. Turkey said that Russia had violated Turkey's airspace, but one of the Russian pilots who survived the shooting said otherwise. In this case, Russia must create a Strategy, which is the strategy to make Turkey regret for its actions. The strategy to be undertaken by Russia is the Confrontation Strategy, where one of the actions taken by the State that adopted this Strategy is a boycott. The Russian boycott was a boycott of widespread economic cooperation against Turkey.
