PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS PELANGGAN PAKET INDIHOME PT TELKOM DI WILAYAH BANTUL
Abstract
This study aims to determine the Influence of Service Quality and
Promotion on Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty of Indihome Telkom in Bantul
Region. Subjects in this study are indihome package customers of PT Telkom who
have subscribed at least 1 year. In this study the sample of 159 respondents
selected by using purposive sampling method and analytical tool used is
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
Based on the analysis that has been done, the results obtained that the
quality of service affects positively and significantly to customer satisfaction,
service quality positively and significantly affect customer loyalty, promotion has
no effect on customer satisfaction, promotion positively and significantly affect
customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction positively and significantly affect to
customer loyalty.
