MANAJEMEN PRODUKSI PROGRAM TELEVISI GALERI HALAL ADiTV YOGYAKARTA DALAM MENYAMPAIKAN KULINER HALAL DI YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2016
Abstract
This research is focusing on production management in what and how the Galeri Halal ADiTV team applied the management function into their product in which the management of control function. In this Galeri Halal program the fourth function applied into a production. The team applied the Function of planning and control when the team doing the pre-production which in this pre-production included meeting and finding a place for production. The function of planning and control applied when the production on going and after the production which in there is production applied or shooting and editing process.
This research method’s is using the qualitative description. The source of this research are producer, cameramen and editor. The data taken from interview, study documentation and observation. This method used to help the researcher to observe the production management into Galeri Halal program on ADiTV Yogyakarta.
In this research the researcher found that the function of management is already applied but some are not in the Galeri Halal program. In the process of pre-production the producer applied the planning management and organization in this management included team meeting, sharing idea, briefing before production. And then when the process of production and after the production the function of implementation management and control applied by producer, cameramen and editor..
