Rural-owned enterprises development is an institution which is trusted by the government to every village for village economic development through development effort, village’s potential, natural resources, and also improving human resource in villages with a lot of activities which was held by BUMDes institution. This research is aimed for the implementation of Mekar Jaya BUMDes strategy development. Data which was used for this research ia a primer data using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) this method is used to analyze 15 policy from a few alternative which was divided for 4 criteria first, administration aspect, management aspect, economic aspect, service aspect. Those alternatives was analyzed by competence and expert correspondent, 7 key informats consists and 15 supporting respondents consist of government, stakeholders, BUMDes management, youth instution of Selopamioro . This research is shown that criteria which become first the priority is administration aspect, the management aspect, the economic aspect, and the last service aspect.
