Thestudy aims to analyze the effect of Leverage, Company’s Growth on Dividend Policy with Profitability as intervening variable. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2012-2016 totaling 273 companies. The samples using purposive sampling method which was then acquired 75 Property and Real Estate companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression.The type of data on this research used secondary data is quantitatif with study annual financial statements and use Eviews Aplication to process. Based on the analysis that have been made the results are the leverage has noteffect on dividend policy, company’s growth has not effect on dividend policy, profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy,leverage has a significant negative effect on profitability, company’s growth has a significant positive effect on profitability.
