| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Leverage, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen dengan Profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2012-2016 yang berjumlah 273 perusahaan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metodepurposive samplingyang kemudian diperoleh 75 perusahaan Property dan Real Estate. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu data kuantitatif dengan mengkaji Laporan Keuangan Tahunan dan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews untuk menggolah data.
Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen, pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijkan dividen, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijkan dividen, leverage berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Thestudy aims to analyze the effect of Leverage, Company’s Growth on Dividend Policy with Profitability as intervening variable. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2012-2016 totaling 273 companies. The samples using purposive sampling method which was then acquired 75 Property and Real Estate companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression.The type of data on this research used secondary data is quantitatif with study annual financial statements and use Eviews Aplication to process.
Based on the analysis that have been made the results are the leverage has noteffect on dividend policy, company’s growth has not effect on dividend policy, profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy,leverage has a significant negative effect on profitability, company’s growth has a significant positive effect on profitability. | en_US |
