Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influance of Transfromasional leader, self efficacy to the job performance with job satisfaction as an intetervening variabel at Chandra Departement Store Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung. The subject in this research was employee at Chandra Departemen Store. In this reseacrh sample of 130 respondents. Analysis tool used in this reseacrh is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling ).
Based on the analysis that have been made the result the influeance of transformasional leader to job performacne were positive and significant, Self efficacy to job performance were positive and not significant, Job statisfaction to job performance were positive and significant, Transformasional leader to job satisfaction were positive and significant, Self efficacy to job performance were positif and significant, Transformasional leader to job performance were positive and significant to job performance with job satisfaction as variabel intervening, Self efficacy to job performance were positive and significant as job satisfaction as intervening variabel.
