      Abstract
      Cephalopelvic disproportion could cause dystocia or abnormal delivery. The incidence is 1 in 250 pregnancy. The risk of cephalopelvic disproportion in ≤145 cm woman in height is higher that may cause prolonged labor and complications of the delivery become one of the important cause of maternal death. Objective : To compare the correlation of maternal height and incidency of cephalopelvic disproportion in Public Health Center in Tegalrejo. Methods : A retrospective analytic observational with cross sectional design. The samples obtained from medical record in Public Health Center in Tegalrejo during June of 2014 until June of 2016. The samples obtained using purposive sampling method with 60 samples obtained and divided into two groups, ≤145 cm in height and >145 cm in height, each of 30 samples. Chi Square was used as data analysis test. Results : There was incidencies of cephalopelvic disproportion, scored p=0,347 and PR 1,60 (CI CI 95% 0.59-4.33) obtained. Conclusion : There was no correlation between maternal height and incidencies of cephalopelvic disproportion.
