This research aims to test the influence of good corporate governance, firm size, profitability, and leverage against the firm value. The object in this research is the manufacturing companies listed on most rusted Indonesia (CGPI) on periode 2010-2015. On this research obtained a sample of 318 with a period of observation for64 years. Data analysis techniques used to use multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of research conducted, the results obtained that the good corporate governance does not affect the firm value, while profitability, and leverage significantly positive effect against the firm value
