| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang termasuk dalam most trusted Indonesia CGPI tahun 2010-2015. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh sampel sebesar 59 dengan periode pengamatan selama 5 tahun. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis linear berganda.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa Good Corporate Governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan profitabilitas, dan leverage berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to test the influence of good corporate governance, firm size, profitability, and leverage against the firm value. The object in this research is the manufacturing companies listed on most rusted Indonesia (CGPI) on periode 2010-2015. On this research obtained a sample of 318 with a period of observation for64 years. Data analysis techniques used to use multiple linear analysis.
