PENGARUH KEADILAN DISTRIBUTIF KOMPENSASI DAN KEADILAN PROSEDURAL KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN KOLEKTIVISTIK SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI -STUDI PADA KARYAWAN PKWT BORONGAN DI PG-PS MADUBARU, YOGYAKARTA-
Abstract
This study aims to examine the effects of distributive justice of compensation and procedural justice compensation on job satisfaction with collectivistic as a moderated variable to employees PKWT borongan in PG-PS Madubaru, Yogyakarta. Samples in this study were all of employees PKWT borongan in PG-PS Madubaru, Yogyakarta as many as 185 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires and then analyzed by using the (Moderated Structural Equation Model) with AMOS 21 program.
The result of the research shows that the variable of distributive justice compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction on the employee PKWT borongan in PG-PS Madubaru. That is, the higher of employees perception to distributive justice compensation, can make higher the employees PKWT job satisfaction. In procedural justice compensation variable does not affect to job satisfaction to employee PKWT borongan. That is, the high and low employees perceptions of procedural justice compensation, it does not affect the attitude employees PKWT borongan to job satisfaction. From the horizontally collectivistic variable does not moderated the relationship between distributive justice compensation to the employee's PKWT borongan job satisfaction. That is, the high and low collective culture in this study actually weaken or not affect the relationship between employees PKWT borongan perceptions in the distribution of results received in improving the attitude of job satisfaction employees PKWT borongan. Meanwhile, the horizontally collectivistic variable moderates the relationship between the procedural justice compensation to the job satisfaction of employees PKWT borongan. That is, the higher collective culture values of employee’s PKWT has affects and had strengthen relationship between employees perceptions on the determination of the procedures in the company in improving the attitude of job satisfaction for employees PKWT borongan in PG-PS Madubaru.
