PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA DENGAN SELF EFFICACY SEBAGAI VARABEL MODERASI
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the relationship with self efficacy as a
moderating variable. The independent variable in this study is emotional
intelligence, and self efficacy as a moderating variable, and performance as
variables. The object used in this study is SMK N 1 Bantul. This study sample lied
100 respondents selected using census technique. Data analysis techniques used
in this study using Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS 22. The
instrument data analysis in this study using validity and reliability test. Classical
test analysis in this study uses multicollierity test, heteroskedesticity test,
normality test, T test, F test and determination test.
The results showed that emotional intelligence had a positive effect and
self-efficacy was a moderating variable that was able to strengthen a positive
relationship with performance.
