METODE 5S SEBAGAI IMPLEMENTASI KONSEP KAIZEN PADA PT. ASELI DAGADU DJOKDJA
Abstract
This study aims to describe the 5S method as an implementation of the Kaizen concept, analyze the implementation of the 5S method in the Dagadu company, identify the constraints faced in the implementation of the 5S method and identify alternative solutions to reduce the constraints faced by the company. Research conducted at PT. Aseli Dagadu Djogdja Jl. IKIP PGRI No.50, Sonopakis, Yogyakarta - Yogyakarta City Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55182 Indonesia. The subject of this research is HRD (Human Resources Development), company employees and company administration. Sampling technique in research is by purposive sampling technique that enter with criterion that know about 5S / 5R implementation in company with interview as many as 3 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study use content analysis or content analysis.
The results of this study indicate that the company has implemented 5S with 5R term, implemented every day and additionally every 2 months under the name of cleaning day, implemented company in office, warehouse and production, done by all employees of company working in Dagadu, faced by companies in the implementation of 5S / 5R this is the absence of written rules in the company and the solution to reduce the constraints is to make written written in the company.
