PENGARUH JOB INSECURITY TERHADAP KINERJA DENGAN TURNOVER INTENTION SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention partially, the effect of turnover intention on performance partially, the effect of job insecurity on performance partially, how much influence directly job insecurity on performance by indirectly influencing job insecurity on performance through turnover intention. This research was conducted at the Dinas Peternakan Jawa Timur. The number of samples from this study were 74 non-permanent employees and UHL Dinas Peternakan Jawa Timur. Data analysis using SPSS version 16.0. Analysis tools used in this study is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity partially has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Turnover intention partially has a negative and not significant effect on performance. Job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job insecurity does not have a significant effect on performance through turnover intention as a mediating variable.
