PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA BP3TKI YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This research was purposed to find out the Effect of Transformational
Leadership on Employee Performance with Motivation as an Intervening
Variable. The object in this study were Balai Pelayanan Penempatan dan
Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (BP3TKI) employees, which located at JL.
Sambisari No.311 A Juwangen, Purwomartani, Kalasan, Sleman. The sampling
technique used in this study was Saturated Technique (non-probability sampling).
There were 44 employees were sampled in this study, and 44 questionnaires
returned.
This study used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis
that has been done, the results showed that Transformational Leadership had no
significantly effect on Motivation, it can be seen from the significant value of
0,213 > 0,05. Transformational Leadership had no significantly effect on
Employee Performance, it can be seen from the significant value of 0,053 > 0,05.
Motivation had a significant on the Employee Performance, it can be seen from
the significant value of 0,011 < 0,05. The result Transformational Leadership had
no indirect effect on Empolyee Performance through the Motivation, it can be
seen from the indirect effect of 0,069 < direct value of 0,275.
