This study aims to determine how much influence of profitability and growth opportunity on firm value with capital structure as intervening variable at manufacturing company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during period 2012-2016. The sampling method used in this study purposive sampling. The number of sample in this study as many as 336. The data in this study using multiple regression analysis with SPSS. The result of this study prove profitability has negative significant effect on capital structure, growth opportunity doesn’t have significant effect on capital structure, profitability has positive significant effect on firm value, growth opportunity has positive significant effect on firm value, profitability doesn’t have significant effect to firm value on capital structure and growth opportunity doesn’t have significant effect to firm value on capital structure.
