| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari profitabilitas, growth opportunity terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan struktur modal sebagai variabel interening pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2012-2016. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 336. Teknik analisis dalam peneltian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap struktur modal, growth opportunity tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, growth opportunity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui struktur modal dan growth opportunity tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui struktur modal. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine how much influence of profitability and growth opportunity on firm value with capital structure as intervening variable at manufacturing company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during period 2012-2016. The sampling method used in this study purposive sampling. The number of sample in this study as many as 336. The data in this study using multiple regression analysis with SPSS. The result of this study prove profitability has negative significant effect on capital structure, growth opportunity doesn’t have significant effect on capital structure, profitability has positive significant effect on firm value, growth opportunity has positive significant effect on firm value, profitability doesn’t have significant effect to firm value on capital structure and growth opportunity doesn’t have significant effect to firm value on capital structure. | en_US |
