dc.description | This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The object of this study is the Gojek Indonesia Company. In this study the sample amounted to 73 respondents who were selected using the purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used is path analysis. Based on the analysis that has been done the results show that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on performance, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment does not intervene in the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Gojek Indonesia.Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 73 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi tidak mengintervensi hubungan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. | en_US |
