PENGARUH SPIRITUALITAS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL DAN KETERLIBATAN KERJA
Abstract
In the last decade, research and studies emerged that
deepened and focused on the values of work spirituality, which
broadly supported employees to interpret more deeply about their
work, so that it was even better in their work assignments. The
dimensions of work spirituality are considered to make
individuals more productive, understanding more about the
meaning of work will produce better performance.
The main objective of this study was to examine the
relationship between work spirituality, employee performance,
organizational commitment, and work involvement. Employees
of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital were selected as
samples in this study. Hospital employees were chosen because
hospital service employees were considered capable of
understanding more about their work. This research method is by
a direct survey to employees. The research respondents consisted
of 180 consumers, the data collected was analyzed by the AMOS
SEM method.
The results showed that: 1) Workplace Spirituality had a
positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment; 2)
Workplace spirituality has a positive and significant effect on Job
Involvement; 3) Workplace Spirituality has a positive and
significant effect on Job Performance; 4) Organizational
Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Job
Performance; 5) Job Involvement does not have a positive and
significant effect on Job Performance.
