PENGARUH KEADILAN DISTRIBUTIF DAN PROSEDURAL KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN AFEKTIF DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (STUDI PADA RSUD KRATON PEKALONGAN)
Abstract
An organization is expected to have individuals who are
committed to advancing the organization. Commitment expected
by the organization can foster a feeling of motivation and high
morale. Employee commitment will be created through job
satisfaction. One of the factors that influence job satisfaction is
income. This research was conducted in Pekalongan Kraton
Hospital to examine four variables, namely distributive and
procedural justice compensation as exogenous variables, job
satisfaction as mediating variables and affective commitment as
endogenous variables. Data analysis techniques in this study
using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The respondents in
this study were 132 paramedic employees. The results show that
distributive justice compensation has a significant positive effect
on job satisfaction and affective commitment. Job satisfactions as

affective commitment
