PENGARUH PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN PENGGUNAAN TERHADAP PERSEPSI KEMANFAATAN, SIKAP TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN DAN MINAT BERPERILAKU
Abstract
In the era of disruption like now, consumers have relied on various conveniences and benefits they get by using various applications that are available on smartphones. Some of the conveniences and benefits can be enjoyed by using the available applications, and the e-boarding pass system is just one of the many conveniences offered by PT. KAI through the KAI access application, the benefits obtained by using this application are that consumers of train service users can get more save time and effort in making train ticket reservations.
This research is motivated by the intense competition in developing applications that make it easier for train passengers when booking tickets. The purpose of this study is to look at the role of attitudes towards using as mediation in the relationship of perceived ease to use and perceived usefulness in behavioral intention in the use of KAI access applications by train passengers at Yogyakarta stations. The research method is quantitative methods, quantitative research methods related to data collection, sample design, and construction of data collection instruments, the data collection is done by survey methods.
The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing showed significant results between the relationships of each variable.
