The population in this study were nurses at Muntilan District Hospital by establishing a proportional random sampling method and the total population of 133 nurses will be the research sample. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire that was first tested for validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used to test the hypothesis of this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study stated that Caring Climate in general can be interpreted as an ability to be dedicated to others, watch out with caution, show concern, feelings of empathy for others and feelings of love or love which is the will of nursing. This is also proven in Muntilan Regional Hospital that nurses in the working environment of Muntilan Regional Hospital show that the variable of caring climate significantly influences the performance of nurses, meaning that the performance of nurses will increase with the effect of increasing caring climate. Caring Climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction combined with inside and outside of work is job satisfaction, which is reflected by a balanced emotional attitude between service and work performance. Caring Climate has a negative effect on work stress (SK). Factors causing stress are difficult and excessive workloads, unjust and reasonable leadership pressure and attitudes, inadequate time and working equipment, conflicts between individuals and leaders or work groups, retribution that is too low, and family problems such as children, wives, in-laws, and others. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on nurse performance. With the support of Muntilan Regional Hospital in the form of pleasant working conditions and supporting the provision of quality services for patients, nurses in Muntilan Regional Hospital will find it even easier to carry out their noble duties to patients. Job stress has a negative effect on nurse performance. This means that the higher work stress experienced by eating nurses will result in the decrease in the performance of the nurse. Job satisfaction shows partial mediation in influencing the caring climate on nurse performance. Work stress fully mediates (full mediation) in influencing the caring climate on nurse performance. The high stress experienced by nurses at work makes nurses bored and bored, ultimately affecting work productivity and decreasing nurse performance.
