| dc.description | Rumah merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia selain sandang dan pangan. Dalam perkembangannya rumah juga merupakan alternatif investasi yang menarik dengan harapan capital gain yang akan diterima di masa depan. Kawasan perumahan Pangebatan Lestari Banyumas merupakan salah satu alternatif pilihan yang tepat bagi penanaman investasi di bidang perumahan, baik dari segi harga, fasilitas, lokasi, lingkungan yang terletak di jalan pagebatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan perumahan khususnya perumahan dengan KPR subsidi Pangebatan Lestari Kabupaten Banyumas. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data populasi dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 114. Untuk pengolahan data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan alat analisis SPSS 16.0
Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga dan pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah. Dari pengujian koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa 22,6% dari variasi yang terjadi di dalam variabel keputusan secara bersama-sama di pengaruhi oleh variabel persepsi harga, lokasi, fasilitas, lingkungan, dan pendapatan. Sedangkan sisanya 77,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapat bahwa faktor harga dan pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah pada perumahan KPR subsidi Pangebatan Lestari Banyumas. Sedangkan faktor lokasi, fasilitas, dan lingkungan masing-masing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah pada Perumahan KPR subsidi Pangebatan Lestari Banyumas. Dilihat dari besarnya koefisien variabel harga sebesar 0,027; variabel pendapatan sebesar 0,010; variabel lokasi sebesar 0,92; variabel fasilitas sebesar 0,301; variabel lingkungan sebesar 0,242. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | House is representing requierement of human being base besides food and clothing. In its growth in the reality house also represnt interesting investment alternative on the chance of capital gain in the future. Area housing of Pangebatan Lestari Banyumas represent one of the correct choice alternative to cultivation of invesment in housing area, either from facet, facility, location which located in Pangebatan Lestari Street. This research aims to analyze the factors that affect housing demand, especially for the housing with a mortgage subsides Pangebatan Lestari kabupaten Banyumas. This research is using population data as much as 114. For the procesing of data using multiple linear regression analysis tools SPSS 16.0.
Based on the analysis that has been conducted, it shows that the variabel of pricing and revenue have a positive effect and significant to affect the decision of a house purchase. From the testing of coefficient of determination known that 22,6 % of variation that happened on the variabel of colective decision are influenced by the variabel of pricing perception, location, facility, neigbourhood, and revenue. While the remaining 77,4 % is influenced by other factors. Based on the result of this research we got that pricing and revenue factor very having an effect on in purchasing of house.
