PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN DAN KEMAMPUAN TENAGA KERJA DENGAN MEMPERTIMBANGKANSELF EFFICACY MEMODERASI TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA ANGGOTA APITU DALAM MENGAHADAPI MASYARAKAT EKONOMI ASEAN (MEA) 2017 (Studi Kasus Pada Anggota (APITU) Asosiasi Praktisi Pendingin dan Tata Udara Kalimantan Timur) THE INFLUECE OF KNOWLEGDE AND THE ABILITY OF THE WORKFORCE BY CONSIDERING THE SELF-EFICACY MODERATE AGAINST THE READINESS OF APITU MEMBERS IN FACING THE ASEAN ECONOMIC CUMUNITY (AEC) 2017. (Case Study: Member of Association of cooling and air conditioning practitioners ( APITU) East Borneo)
Abstract
This study aimed to know the readiness comparison of APITU KALTIM
with the manpower in other areas. The sample of this study was the members of
Asosiasi Praktisi Pendingin dan Tata Udara Kalimantan Timur (Association of
Practitioner Refrigeration and Air Conditioner of East Kalimantan). The number
of the sample was 150 respondents which were chosen using saturation sample
method. To analyze the data, the researcher used Multiple Regression Analysis
and MRA (Moderate Regression Analysis). Before analyzing the data, the
researcher tested the instrument quality which consisted of test of validity and
reliability.
Based on the analysis which had been done, the result showed that
knowledge and skill significantly influenced the worker readiness of APITU
members in facing MEA 2017. Moreover, self-efficacy did not have influence in
moderating the readiness of APITU members in facing MEA 2017.
