STRATEGI PENEMPATAN TENAGA KERJA DALAM RANGKA PENINGKATAN PELAYANAN PENEMPATAN
Abstract
The study is done to analyze strategy employment done by department of labor and
transmigration Kulon Progo Regency, the obstacles and identify policies to overcome
obstacles. Is research descriptive with the approach qualititive to the subject focus on research
organization and respondents elected the activity of those who has the main task and function in
the field of employment through technique interview, observation and study documentation. The
research results show that strategy employment made in the framework improve the service
placement by department of labor and transmigration covering : build networking employment,
facilitation selection for company and work partners, develop information through BKOL
(online job market) labor market, apply standard SMM (quality management standards), based
ISO of 2008;9001, develop SMS (short message) gateway , empowerment job fair specifically,
to optimize the use of job vacancies foreign the formal sector , build a link and match between
education with the company, empowerment labor the informal sector through a course and
skills working an internship, exhibition jobfair, and accessibility information for job seekers.
The research results show that the strategy took by a positive effect on the achievement of the
target placement of labor and services placement and the strategy took by acted more as a
strategy to improve the quality of the aspect of recruitmen, selektion and service.
