dc.description | This study aimed to analyze influence on accountability, organizational culture, ethical leadership, organizational commitment and transformational leadership on orphanage performance through work motivation as an intervening variable in DIY. In this study, there are 30 orphanage selected by the simple random sampling. Analysis tool of this study is Statistical Product and Service Solutions 21.0 (SPSS). The result showed that the accountability is not having an effects on work motivation. Organizational culture has positive effects on work motivation. Ethical leadership has positive effects on work motivation. Organizational commitment is not having an effects on work motivation. Transformational leadership is not having an effects on work motivation.

dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Akuntabilitas, Budaya Organisasi, Ethical Leadership, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Panti Asuhan melalui Motivasi Kerja di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah panti asuhan di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Dalam penelitian sampel berjumlah 30 panti asuhan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Alat analsis yang digunakan adalah Statistical Product and Service Solutions 21.0 (SPSS).
Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa Akuntabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Ethical leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja.
Akuntabilitas, budaya organisasi, ethical leadership, komitmen organisasi kepemimpinan transformasional, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja panti asuhan.
