This study aims at describing the behavior of foreign tourists, teenagers, and the impact of tourism village on teenagers’ moral in Prawirotaman and also proving that empirically there are positive and negative impacts of the existence of tourism village on teenagers’ moral if seen from the point of view of Islamic studies. This study was a qualitative research that used descriptive approach. In this study, research subjects were decided by purposive sampling, in which the subjects were selected under specific considerations. The data were collected through observation, interview and documentation. The data were then analyzed descriptively using qualitative analytical descriptive technique. Result shows that: 1) the foreign tourists’ behavior in Prawirotaman has reflected their daily behavioral activities. Such behaviors are not basically representing the way local people behave and they are considered as rude. Direct relationship between the foreign tourists and the teenagers shows that it has not been going well. Generally, there has been rare direct interaction between them. However, there is indirect relationship in the way that the teenagers often observe the tourists’ bad behaviors around Prawirotaman. 2) The Prawirotaman teenagers’ behavior, attitude, physic, and outfits are in considered as fair. The teenagers’ attitude and behavior towards their parents are highly influenced by the way the parents themselves raising the children, daily socializing patterns and the surrounding environment. The relationship between the teenagers and the community can be considered as poor. There has been little interaction that the teenagers have performed within the society. 3) The existence of tourist village in which there are foreign tourists have not brought any impacts to the moral of the teenagers in Prawirotaman community. This is due to the fact that the teenagers are not actively involved in the tourism industry, they do not have direct interaction with the foreign tourists either. Furthermore, the teenagers are rarely doing activities either within the community or within the tourism industry. The teenagers’ activities are basically done from the morning until the afternoon at school, while in the evening the teenagers tend to do activities outside the community.
